We can help your business transform its approach and become more efficient, preparing your business for the next level while protecting what it has built and ensure you are getting the most out of the business you have developed.
Leonard Curtis Legal offers a range of services beyond the usual menu of legal solutions. As an alternative business structure (“ABS”), we are able to call upon the other parts of the Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, including cashflow management, finance raising and restructuring. We often give legal advice as part of a larger integrated solution for businesses.
We work with other professionals to give clients the best possible way to create value for their clients and help them provide solutions to to any problems that may arise. We often work with accountants who initially speak to us about their clients’ requirements for legal advice. Often our advice is provided in partnership with the Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group Lifecycle network for accountants.
We also work closely with other law firms. We are fully authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to offer legal services and we focus on business law. In other legal areas such as family, criminal, will drafting, tax planning and probate, health and safety, competition law and international law, we work with other specialist firms of solicitors to deliver the solution and help them to find the best way forward. We introduce the most appropriate specialist to deliver the solutions that drives value.
As well as lawyers, we work with a range of other specialist providers, including contract consultants to the construction and engineering sectors and the financial services sector.
