In Andrew’s last 8 years with the DWF he also headed up the banking, finance and debt recovery teams leading to a large amount of legal work and interaction with lenders. Andrew is a former managing partner of DWF’s Manchester office.

Whilst her focus has been restructuring, Jennifer’s experience has been varied, encompassing areas as broad as banking, real estate, construction, intellectual property and pensions alongside the more traditional turnaround and restructuring work streams.
Dominic is a solicitor with over 20 years of experience in the field of commercial law. He was previously a partner at Weightmans LLP where he led the north-west insolvency and restructuring team. He is recommended in the Legal 500 and is listed as a notable practitioner in Chambers directory. Dominic advises SMEs on a wide range of legal issues arising including debt and trading advice, advice on security and banking issues and commercial litigation. He has experience of mediation and dispute resolution and advising client’s at board level. He also defends directors who are subject to disqualification applications or other regulatory challenges. He enjoys advocacy and is a regular speaker at client events and seminars and has regularly had legal articles published in both the national and legal press.
Jenny has over six years in-house commercial experience. Having previously worked for a large IT software and solutions provider to the public sector, she developed a varied commercial knowledge, including contract, disputes, procurement, and general department and business support.
