A partner with this firm for over 23 years. Rated by both Legal 500 and Chambers Legal Directory for 12 years, Andrew has dealt with most of the legal issues facing SME’s throughout his career. In Andrew’s last 8 years with the DWF he also headed up the banking, finance and debt recovery teams leading to a large amount of legal work and interaction with lenders. Andrew is a former managing partner of DWF’s Manchester office.

Jennifer has dealt with all aspects of the issues faced by a business through its lifecycle and has acted across a wide range of industries and sectors including real estate, financial services, retail, manufacturing and aerospace. Whilst her focus sits within the corporate and commercial work streams, Jennifer’s experience has been varied, encompassing areas as broad as banking, real estate, construction, intellectual property and pensions alongside the traditional turnaround and restructuring support she provides to the Leonard Curtis group.
Rachael is a commercial and corporate solicitor who qualified in 2009.
She specialises in restructuring and insolvency work and spent four years within a large Australian accounting and insolvency practitioners firm assisting on administrations, liquidations and specific property sale appointments in industries ranging from mining, retail, construction, and financial services.
Rachael regularly advises directors, shareholders and businesses across a broad spectrum of issues which they may face, whether contentious or non-contentious.
This can range from contractual issues and reviews, sale and purchase of business and assets, claims being made by insolvency practitioners, banking and finance documentation, commercial property and lease issues and shareholders agreements.
Jenny has over six years in-house commercial experience. Having previously worked for a large IT software and solutions provider to the public sector, she developed a varied commercial knowledge, including contract, disputes, procurement, and general department and business support.
Gemma is a solicitor with over 8 years’ experience in commercial disputes. She has spent time both in private practice and in-house.
