A partner with this firm for over 23 years. Rated by both Legal 500 and Chambers Legal Directory for 12 years, Andrew has dealt with most of the legal issues facing SME’s throughout his career. In Andrew’s last 8 years with the DWF he also headed up the banking, finance and debt recovery teams leading to a large amount of legal work and interaction with lenders. Andrew is a former managing partner of DWF’s Manchester office.

Whilst her focus has been restructuring, Jennifer’s experience has been varied, encompassing areas as broad as banking, real estate, construction, intellectual property and pensions alongside the more traditional turnaround and restructuring work streams.
A solicitor with over eleven years post qualification experience, James trained at a leading firm in Newcastle upon Tyne before moving to an international law firm in Manchester and is a specialist in Corporate Finance and Commercial law. Having spent over seven years in private practice James worked in-house for over five years in two very different businesses at diverse stages of their development before coming back to private practice with Leonard Curtis Legal. His particular expertise covers a range of domestic and international, contentious and non-contentious business support and advisory work. James deals with all aspects of the issues faced by a business through its lifecycle and has acted across a wide range of industries and sectors including real estate, financial services, IT, telecoms, manufacturing and aerospace. James’s experience has been varied, covering areas as broad as employment, dispute resolution, banking, real estate, intellectual property and compliance alongside the more traditional corporate and commercial work streams such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, group reorganisations, customer/supplier agreements and terms and conditions.
Jenny has over six years in-house commercial experience. Having previously worked for a large IT software and solutions provider to the public sector, she developed a varied commercial knowledge, including contract, disputes, procurement, and general department and business support.
